      If in the restaurant, nice regulars. If in management, staff from other stores are cool.

      Cons

      Nepotism and shady business practice abound. You will not be appreciated. Be prepared for an insane amount of emails with little to nothing to do with you.

      Located in a great neighborhood with daily regulars you build a relationship with.

      I enjoyed my time serving and bartending but once I was promoted to management is when the distain I have started

      Pros

      The employees are very fun and friendly people. They make you feel like family.

      Cons

      Tip out for the bussers, food runners, and bartenders can be very high, as much as 1/4 to 1/3 of your total tips for the day.
