Pros

I worked at Stavtar Solutions for 2 years as an Angular Developer, and it was an excellent experience overall. The company provides a very supportive and learning-friendly environment, especially for developers who want to grow their technical and professional skills. My manager, Daya Pandey, was extremely helpful and patient — always encouraging me to learn new technologies and guiding me whenever I faced challenges. The team culture is collaborative, and everyone is willing to help each other out. The projects I worked on were interesting and helped me gain strong hands-on experience with Angular and related technologies. The management is approachable, and the work-life balance was good. I’m really thankful to Stavtar Solutions and my manager for helping me build a solid foundation in my career. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to learn and grow in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Cons

No work from home till you mature as a senior developer

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Completely disorganized, not transparent, unprofessional company. Management sells a dream of the company going public and “everyone getting rich” to keep employees (especially young ones) hooked and willing to work 24/7. There are no business hours and therefore there is no work life balance. I was told that 8am-5pm business hours were not the norm. If the CEO needs something, you are expected to drop everything (even on weekends) to tend to his request (even if it’s not urgent). They also don't provide any equity. There are too many systems to keep up with internal processes and they are redundant and do not speak to one another. Management also defines a process and then changes it a short while after (or forgets about the previous process) and does not communicate the rational behind the change or value of the new process. Such decisions are made haphazardly. There is no HR processes or department in the U.S. to handle processes and concerns. Yearly reviews are disorganized if they are event scheduled at all. Large amount of micromanagement. Employees are required to log all of their time and tasks in their flawed internal system. Management sells that they are invested in their employees and culture but there is none of this. No 401k matching, severe lack of new employee training, vacation time is frowned upon, etc. I have worked for start up companies in the past, so understand the need for speed and potentially frequent changes but this company is completely disorganized and run by management that is really just looking out for themselves.
