There is just a sense of company disorganization. As a management team member changes come often and with little information. I was sold on one vision an direction of the hotel and by the time I left it was the opposite direction. It is true from previous reviews that the owner just had ideas and everyone under her just complied and dumps the work on operations. I had countless projects that were given to me that I worked hours on with little background on the subject that were scraped weeks later. I believe department managers really try to soften the blow for hourly employees, at least at my property. But overall it was a very stressful environment with no direction. And don’t come in thinking that will change or your ideas about anything matter. If you do what your told and roll with the many punches you will be fine.
