The most horribly managed company I’ve ever worked for and been aware of. Those up top in the corporate sphere made it very clear especially during the pandemic they do not care about employees on property as long as the hotels are operational. Even if it’s by a thread. They shut down an entire property giving employees there a one day notice before being laid off. The CEO is a multi-millionaire who downplayed the pandemic except when they had to post about the precautions and policies the hotels had due to the pressure. She posted a link on the company Facebook group page regarding a rally to protest against lockdown restrictions. I personally had the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever come across and I’ve had multiple jobs in different fields. He lied and gaslighted employees and whenever issues were brought up he would stress out and make excuses and shift blame back on to the workers. Horrible man who left me traumatized. Despite having some good co-workers and repeat guests, this was a draining experience and this company is relentless in not giving their employees the tools or incentive to succeed. Only to have them make their budget back while they struggle. Do not make the mistake and StayAway!
