More than 10 business units depend on a single HQ designer, creating endless designs across multiple departments, only for the head to systematically drain every drop of energy out of them.
The head of department never gives proper solutions, lacks decision-making skills, and only relies on ChatGPT. There is also a lack of communication and involvement. Only relies on email and Whatsapp. Proper discussions rarely happen, even though her team sits right beside her, which causes the team to slowly fall apart because of her behaviour.
Repairing screens, travelling to sites, graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, company profile revamps (yes, plural), plus mandatory daily scorecard recording for a whole year that apparently means nothing.
Management keeps passing work outside of employees’ job scopes, even when it has nothing to do with their actual roles. Their usual excuse is, “The CEO wants it” or “The company needs it,” which are just excuses to avoid proper planning and responsibility.
HR (not all) manipulates their workers, blames management for late approvals, and never admits or takes responsibility for their mistakes.
The turnover rate in this company is extremely high — surprisingly high, especially over the past three years.
