A lot of good training when you start, people willing to help you when you need it. Always something to eat in the kitchen. A lot of recent IT upgrades. Willing to give me schedule changes when I need it for personal reasons. Love the changes in the office décor.

A lot of changes surrounding the transition from Legacy Partners to SteelWave. Many of us were unsure how the change would affect our jobs. Getting better now. Medical insurance rates have gone up but I guess that can't be avoided.
