      Good shop with current machines and steady work. Relaxed atmosphere to show up and do your job.

      Pros

      -It's work, M-F 7am to 3:30pm -new employees are warehouse parts washer

      Cons

      -Poor management -Discouraged from being productive -No order planning/Time management -If you don't like anything your told "you can leave" -will write you up for family emergencies -Avoids reviews/pay compensation -Machines lacking basic maintenance, smell horrible when running(resivors never cleaned) and leaking -toxic culture thrives by being ignored -Talking is encouraged -10 minute breaks (1st / last) -Management ignores unpaid time off requests using PTO Anyway (unable to save up PTO hrs for a planned vacation) -No Overtime
