Great people and atmosphere. Easy to work with.

Not a lot of PTO. Long days and hours to get sales.

I've looked at this for 5 minutes and cannot come up with one pro.

I worked at United Auto for a decent amount of time. The owner is not a nice person. He has no problem screaming at you in front of an audience. The employees are treated as if they owe ownership and managment for being employed. As if they should be grateful for being treated poorly. I would not recommend working for this family what so ever at United Auto or any of the other dealerships. Sales people get treated decent as long as they perform. If there is underperformance they just let you go. Very toxic work environment.
