My Pros working at Stellar... World-class tech opportunity - Stellar Cyber stepping up in cloud security with cutting edge solutions for the SIEM, NDR and Open XDR. I'm amazed & glad to join this company to unify the platform into one for detecting and responses to cyber threats. Talented, collaborative people - The staff praise coworkers' intelligence, willingness to help, and a culture of sharing and support - especially within Engineering. Transparent, approachable executive team - The leadership is noted as open to ideas to promote new AI technologies, mentoring and direct engagement which I believe fosters innovation. Flexible work environment - Hybrid remote options, flexible hours and a focus on deliverables on time spent in the office creating healthy work-balance for me.
Cons
High growth pains (IMO, good to have) - As Stellar Cyber expands, some experience organizational growing pains do exists; roles ambiguity, too many processes, and difficulty aligning some goals across teams.
