*Inept CEO*: One of the significant drawbacks at Stellar is the CEO's inability to effectively lead the company. It's clear that the CEO is in over his head, which affects the overall direction and performance of the organization. *Questionable Leadership:* The management team's decision-making and strategic direction are questionable. Unfortunately, there have been instances where talented individuals have left without communication, seemingly because they posed a threat to the CEO's ego. This has created an environment where those of us that are left feel stifled and morale suffers. The lack of transparency and accountability related to Finance is a cause for worry among employees.
