Pros
Stellar is one of the best companies I have worked for in the startup space. We are growing quickly and employees need to wear a lot of different hats and balance a lot of priorities (outside of your normal work, it seems like everyone has 2-3 interviews per week on their calendars, there are manager training programs, onboarding programs, team events, etc.) But with this growth comes a lot of learning opportunities. C suite has remained transparent despite our growth, we have a great mission (changing the way healthcare is delivered!). Even with the last few weird years of COVID, WFH, and everything else that has been going on we've built a great team and inclusive, caring culture. I'm very proud to work for Stellar!
Cons
Stellar is still in startup mode, meaning longer hours that are sometimes unpredictable given what is happening in a given week. As an employee, you have to be really disciplined when it comes to walking away from your laptop and leaving projects or emails to the following day. Rapid change is hard, sometimes priorities and deliverables can change and you have to adjust.
