      Pros

      Good exposure to all facets of search. Early career learnings are immense

      Cons

      - Only people who join them from college stay with them. - If you are part of the inner circle (a term very frequently used there) you will survive - The Top Management (2 people) run it by whims and fancies, no proper structure/SOPs - If you are not liked by the Top Brass, you will be overloaded with work and also never be appreciated.

      The company is quite good. Hybrid. Sometimes you can get quite hectic and have to work on Saturdays. Buy for intern its quite rare.

      Decent but job itself is now very rewarding.
