I was very fortunate to have landed my first role in recruitment with Stellar Select. They provide great internal training sessions to help you grow and progress in your role. Very supportive leadership team, who are interested and care about your career development, consistently going above and beyond and always happy to help. They have genuine care for their employees, on both a professional and personal level. I have enjoyed my time with Stellar Select. I had the pleasure of working with a friendly and knowledgeable team who are passionate about delivering a personable experience to their clients and candidates, which is what initially attracted me to the business. Stellar Select offers generous incentives and team bonding activities outside of work, that are always fun and memorable.

It was a difficult decision to have left the business due to personal circumstances.

I started working here as an Administrator and progressed into a Recruitment Consultant role. They are not the usual harsh sales driven recruitment agency. The agency care about providing a quality service, which includes caring about both clients and candidates. Stellar select care about their employees and support you in developing your knowledge and giving you regular training opportunities. They also reward your hard work with regular team outings and incentives. Team culture: Stellar select felt like a family. Humour and fun alongside ample foodie treats are never lacking in the office. The Directors not only support you professionally but also care about your wellbeing. Really enjoyed my time at Stellar, still in touch with lots of the team who turned into friends!
