Pros
- The managers trust in your ability and have a more hands-off approach to tasks. - Your coworkers are very friendly about giving assistance even when you're not on the same - As long as you get your work done, no one will get on you about taking breaks.
Cons
- Sometimes they can be a bit too hands-off. To the point where the learning curve is pretty steep - The pay can be a bit better. - They're not very strict with titles, you may be assigned to do things outside your position.
