      Pros

      Owner is "one of the good guys." It's nice to work for an honest person in the solar business.

      Cons

      California law has made solar less profitable so Stellar Solar has to get creative to create system designs that have good ROI but they are managing to do it.

      Pros

      Stellar always puts customers first and that mantra extends to employee's. There are many of us at Stellar that have been there 15+ years and for good reason, they treat us right.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about with Stellar.
