Great views, good management, fun and fast paced environment

Can be long hours and dealing with rude customers

Other employees are awesome, as are most managers.

The people at the bottom of the tip tier system will work the hardest, employees are undervalued and over worked. They will say you are working full time but you will only get 28hrs a week or work 55 hour weeks. They tell you there is "room to grow" but will never allow you to raise a tier or train in a new position unless they are desperate because half of their staff quit within 10 days. No shift meal. In winter you need another job. Unless you are managements favorite you will be treated as you are disposable. This place is going downhill and you try to point out the issues to management and they continually make the wrong call at the expense of their employees.
