      Pros

      Fleet AB paid travel and hotel, free soft drinks on tap, helpful crewing manager.

      Cons

      Monotonous work, very cliquey unwelcoming crew, long hours with next to no break, some shocking/dangerous examples of seamanship from supposed “AB’s”, dirty cabin, spent my week off catching up on sleep!

      Pros

      This company is saturated in Swedish tradition. Fantastic working conditions and solid pay. Employees are very friendly and seem happy

      Cons

      Sometimes management does not make the most efficient decisions. I wish the company stayed more technologically savvy
