I’ll admit, 6 years ago I would have never imagined I’d be where I am today. The Stenglein Agencies has not, just shown me top level leadership, but taught me how to be a top level leader. Mr. Stengleins persistent mentorship creates a culture of people come first. Caring about the training and development of our team is taught from the beginning. Challenging us and giving vision to what is possible. Managers are taught to know what their people want, personally and professionally. More importantly, what their “Why” is. Knowing “Why” they want to be successful and what drives them. Not only do you get to work with amazing like minded individuals. You learn more about your self and what you’re capable of. You’re apart of a family not an employee or just a number. The team shows recognition and appreciation for people’s accomplishments. Every Month the management team awards men and women for their accomplishments, with plaques, trophies, certificates. More importantly promoting our people and giving them confidence.
