I've been working with at Stenglein Agencies full-time for 3 months. During this time I have been promoted once and selected to attend our national convention in Cabo San Lucas, MX to network and learn from the greatest leaders and creative minds in our industry. Prior to this, I worked for one of the largest non-profit organizations in the nation for the last 8 years. I can honestly say that the mentorship, leadership develop and training program that I have experienced at Stenglein Agencies is unmatched. The company culture is built on teamwork, responsibility, trust and most importantly respect. I never thought I would find another career as self-rewarding as the non-profit sector, but having the opportunity day-in and day-out to help mentor, support and develop team members while also protecting and serving our community is truly gratifying.
