There are many opportunities for growth and collaboration with partners and the wider community. The team is small, inclusive and supportive, yet forward thinking and working towards customer and community needs. Supporting the learners to move into adulthood ready for employment and further education is very rewarding.
Cons
Being a small team everyone collaborates together and at times you maybe expected to do things additional to your job description but this only allows for growth and teamwork building.
