We're glad you see a chance for advancement within the company and hope that our other team members feel the same about our benefits packages. From the beginning, Stericycle's entrepreneurial spirit and growth through M&A has lead to much success. However, we do realize the challenges that have occurred through the rapid growth and there were several lessons learned and being rectified through our Business Transformation journey. All companies make mistakes, but in the spirit of our Continuous Improvement core value, Stericycle's future looks very bright. M&A will most likely remain a growth strategy for our company but we have learned from our mistakes, and have changed our process to set us up for future success.
