Pros

High commission structure for some.

Cons

Low salaries Constant change... from management.. to new initiatives. Hire people that want to figure out the problems and fix them. Too many sales representatives.. selling too many different things. Annually ripping something out of the comp plan for sales reps. Stock is tanking once $150 now $38 Senior management is jumping ship Unethical C-Suite over the years.. several lawsuits.

Pros

Low expectations, not many performers under current set up, easy to fly under the radar doing limited work from home

Cons

Continually chipping away at shred-it sales role by upper management who have never been in the role.
