The company is pitiful. Almost 50% turnover. Customers are quitting left and right and the company continuously change processes. All polices are basically “hear-say”. It is an absolute free-for-all. They believe that if you have the right processes you can put anyone in a position. Monarch is set up to make it even harder for customers to deal with us. The only thing it will be helping will be for our billing department. Customers will continue to leave in droves and possibly faster as if even possible. Poor customers can’t even get in touch with anyone but halfway trained monkeys on the phone who can’t give them any information because they know nothing. The company prefers emails and refuses to talk on the phone with customers, etc. Ask anyone. Anyone giving over 2 stars is told to by the company. There is not one happy person in this company. Continue to spy on employees and keep emails of customers not meant to be shared with the entire company for ALL to see. Continue to keep billing records of all previous customers and rename accounts. They are waiting for some big lawsuits.
