Lack of Organization - Client Manager Stericycle Employee Review

Highly dysfunctional teams with leaders who turn their heads to the real issues at hand. Most labor intensive work is done by unmotivated temps who the management greatly ignores and gives no incentives to do better. No real type of on boarding or training program in place. Mostly a learn as you go and make client facing mistakes. Hourly expected to work overtime at little notice or regard to personal life. Salary expected to be available always whenever emails come in. There are no "off" hours on top of being expected to sit in a dingy office for 8 hours a day. Technology is far behind the times with a frustrating IT department to work with on issues.
