There were some red flags that could be a concern. Call volumes were low so you were sent home early every night. This meant you didn't get your 32 hours to qualify you for full time and benefits. We ended up averaging about 26 hours a week. They always sent you home right after your unpaid lunch break. It seemed like it could be a way to get out of paying benefits. Also I didn't receive my jury duty pay like you are suppose to according to benefits. The benefit information was not concise. Some information stated benefits started after 60 days nd some after 90 days.
