Sterling Custom Homes was my opportunity to grow my experience in the home building industry. The knowledge that I gained working for Sterling Custom Homes proved that with the right guidance that you can continue to learn and develop yourself to become great in the home building industry. I was amazed at how much I didn't know from all the previous years. I'll be able to use what I received from Sterling Custom Homes throughout my career and be able to always be better and use my experience to continue to develop myself personally as well.

The cons are the same as working at any company in the home building industry and sometimes we have to put in a lot of hours.

Good Design group. Good interior designers. All employees want to make it a better place.

Way too much turnover for a custom home builder. Quality suffers when too much work load is laid on everyone. How can you be a custom home builder when you are doing 30 to 40 homes per year. All about taking the money and making money from clients. Change orders are pushed heavily.
