None it's ALL fake and phony.

Within the confines of my current employment, I find it disheartening to be associated with this company. The absence of moral principles and disregard for employee well-being is palpable. Terminations are executed abruptly, accompanied by a lack of transparency. The corporate culture seems to favor a particular clique, diminishing the value of individual skills and contributions. Employees are treated as mere cogs in a machine, with little acknowledgment of their efforts. Gratitude is expected, yet the reciprocal respect is absent. Daily meetings serve as platforms for gossip and insults, creating an unsettling atmosphere where job insecurity looms over regular employees. This company, unfortunately, appears to be draining both in terms of time and fear of constantly being replaced. Best to find a company that actually values you and your hard work and dedication.
