Pros
Working for an industry leader well respected in their market. All of senior management started in entry level positions within Sterling Engineering. This company will allow top performers to grow and take on leadership roles. Sterling provides tremendous incentives for all of the employees. We have a solid, professional team where everyone is making contributions to the overall company goals. We have the best team in place since I started over 10 years ago.
Cons
This is a very fast paced industry. It takes a lot of focus and a strong work ethic to be successful. Some people may see this as negative, but for anyone that has a strong work ethic and the will to succeed, this is the company for you!
