Wouldn’t recommend - Paralegal Sternberg Reed Solicitors Employee Review

Pay is vastly inconsistent within the team. Very poor progression with a lot of empty promises for training contracts. They do not sign off Qualifying Work Experience. Some people promised training contracts before they start and others are told no even if they woke very hard. It is very unfair. Very dirty office which is very run down and smells. Communication from management is poor. No work life balance. Expected to work very long hours with no reward.
