Pros
Honestly 6 months ago I would have had more pros than cons. I learned a lot with the company. The discount is great, the ability to be a business owner was always a positive to me. If you were able to control your business and keep your numbers up they stay off your back. Additionally if you want to take on more tasks and roles they will allow that. If you speak up and work hard you can make moves in the company. I can say I was able to in my years.
Cons
There is no room for growth once your provide a consistent work resume. There is always changes in corporate management not allowing you to prove yourself for the moves that you would like to make. Corporate management in the last year or 2 is extremely rude an unprofessional, if you are able to make the numbers they love you. But as soon as there is a sign of trouble they become extremely rude and unprofessional. They need to allow for the hiccups and retail trends. In order to get a weekend off you have to use vacation time. They should rotate managers off one complete weekend per month.
