Pros
Relaxed dress code, some people even show up in leggings and cropped tops or sweatpants. Free lunch every friday (rotating between sandwiches or pizza), but keep in mind the tradition started because management did not want you to leave the office for lunch, so there is that general feeling. Flexible work hours, can arrive at 9:30 or 9am as long as you do your hours.
Cons
Management only cares about themselves, and is only concerned with whatever benefits them. 10 vacation days to start, and doesn't get bumped up until your 6th year of service (then you get 21 days). But you cannot take more than 8 consecutive days for vacation (whats the point of having so many days then?). Some people who have been working there for a long time (7+ years) get away with almost everything. Some managers are bullies, and will throw you under the bus. There is no corporate card so you are expected to pay for samples, plane tickets and hotels with your own card. Steve Madden is also not the quickest to reimburse, which can be problematic if you don't have extra money to spare in your bank account.
