Not bad for a first job - Retail Sales Associate Steven Madden Employee Review

Starting pay is 9.00 for associates, 13.00 for sales supervisors. Pay raises are really rare, supervisor work is really difficult and really time consuming than any other management position I’ve had. Not really worth the 13 dollars.
