Awful culture, senior management create an extremely toxic working environment and pit people against each other Extremely cliquey High turnover of staff Low pay Really damaging for your mental health - leaving was the best thing I ever did. On the face of it the company looks amazing, but it doesn't take very long to see the cracks after joining. Poor HR try their best however can't make up for how poorly people are treated, this starts from the very top and trickles down. When you hire behind peoples backs and use the tactic of bullying people out that won't conform to the cult-like culture, it's going to create insecurity within teams and is incredibly uncomfortable to be around.
