- Being part of a start-up that is creating a whole new category and helping people stay active - Small team, get to be involved in a lot and know a little bit about a lot of what is going on within the company goals/visions/projects etc. - Flexible working schedule and hybrid model. - Can take responsibility in your role and create something amazing!
Cons
- Targets/goals/projects etc shift every 3-6 months. Can be hard to keep up with - Limited health benefits - Start-up with growing budgets, salaries reflected.
