Pros

The food and beer here is genuinely tasty and well made.

Cons

For some reason they only release the schedule 3 days before the first shift of the week. They struggle to communicate anything, such as upcoming events, and changes in the menu ( you will literally never be told this until you walk in and see it on the POS). Their employee turnover is also very very high for good reason, their LONGEST tenured FOH worker including managers is less than 10 months, and people constantly leaving. And the available shifts for you are extremely limited as they only have 2-3 people a day. Dont think this is like an average restaurant job, you will be severely disappointed.

Pros

Food and beer is actually really good

Cons

- management/ ownership is a joke - make absolutely no money -"managers" are in tip pool It is a whole house tip pool, including your cash tips which you have to turn in and get at the end of the week. You will work your butt off to make like $100-$120 a shift. The owners have no idea how to run a restaurant. They don't hire real managers they'll hire someone as a "manager" or "shift lead" and pay them slightly more than server wage and then they cut a cut of the tip pool because they'll be bartending that shift. The whole business is truly a joke.
