Pros
Years ago it was an amazing company with a great culture and great talent. It felt like one big family. Everyone believed in the goals and were willing to work hard to achieve them. With the constant growth, there were always new and exciting projects coming in.
Cons
The founders decided it was time to start working towards their retirement and began to hand over the reigns. Initially it was a team of people that were going to lead together, but one of the team members decided they wanted it for themselves and slowly proceeded to take over. Anyone who didn't support said person was either fired or forced out. The constant lying, back stabbing and drama along with the laughably low compensation sent people fleeing. The ones who stuck around were miserable and it became so toxic it was hard to go into work. In addition to all of that, the clients ran the company. No matter what the request, it was always yes and the work showed it. Quantity over quality.
