Freedom to self manage but depends on the dept you end up with, willing to pay for tools so long as there are POCs and everything is compliant, plenty of room for new ideas to become products and they seem willing to explore new techs
Cons
Shifting culture after acquiring a co, AI is rampant and may limit future opportunities, bonuses got scrapped and they give empirical reviews (not that it matters as much without the bonus)
