Pros
+Some colleagues were pleasant and there was some nice activity and steep learning curve
Cons
-Management and real leadership non-existent. -Imagine you're being asked to go after a whole new market/country, and no one bothers to have at least ONE meeting to plan this. No tips, no experience sharing, no goals were given. I asked at some point what my goals were, and the manager invented them on the spot. He had no idea what my goals should be. -They fired me on the last day of my trial period. This came without any warnings, because they hadn't complained about the quality of my work. I suspect my base salary was a tad too high for their taste, and ESPECIALLY, I'm certain that they didn't want to share their bonus with me. They didn't give any reasons, just threw me out like a piece of garbage. -While there were some nice people, some "important" people were very rude. As in, ask them a technical question and you'll get an answer like: "you should already know this dummy, please don't ask stupid questions. Sit down, and shut up"
