Small division of a medium-sized corporation that was a bit isolated - meaning we were not too micromanaged.

COVID came and that was the end for some of the employees.

I learned a lot about a manufacturing environment and what it takes to make a product. Most of my coworkers were easy to get along with.

A LOT of disagreement within the management level between those constantly onsite and those that pop in a few times a week. Clear disconnect between shop floor and front office personnel. Personal issues between employees distracting from and affecting work. "Revolving door" system with operators constantly let go and replaced.
