Pros

No pros to mention about the company to be honest. They need to clean house and get a new admin team! The location is an estimate, there are SEVERAL sites managed by Storage Pro in NY :) I’m sure I’m speaking for all of the East Coast here.

Cons

Since the Strorage Pro took over what used to be Storage Investment Management LLC, it’s been nothing short of disappointing. Morale has plummeted, experienced employees on the East Coast are being ignored or pushed out, and it’s painfully obvious that leadership has zero interest in the well-being of the staff. Decisions are made behind closed doors with no transparency, and there’s no support for growth or even basic respect. What used to be a collaborative, people-first environment has become a place where you’re treated like you’re disposable. It’s clear this company values profit over people, and unfortunately, the employees are the ones paying the price. If you’re looking for a workplace that respects its team, this is not it.

Pros

The one yearly company paid company picnic to six flags all though it's usually between pay checks so if you leave pay check by paycheck save some cash.

Cons

No holiday parties unless you're a district manager or higher up. They set very high expectations, but then talk down to you if you don't meet them. Your bonus, if you get it, gets split with everyone at ur site, even if they don't do their share of the work. If you ask your dm any questions you don't know the answer to, good luck getting a response. The president of the company tells you to email or call him anytime, and even gives you his number, but your district manager tells you not to ever contact him. The regional manager has you lie to the site owners just so he looks good. They tell you to run your site as if it's your own, but you really have no say in any part of it. A lot of favoritism and bad-mouthing from district and regional managers toward other site managers. You can complain all you want to your district manager about something, but nothing gets done to fix the issues. They don't need a reason to fire you and your basically nothing unless your higher up the chain. Their operations binder is outdated and even the regional binder doesn't follow the rules in the book.
