      Pros

      I had an amazing team across the world to work plus the hybrid culture was really nice of them to provide to their employees. They fully trust you on your work and always welcoming in discussing matters with anyone in the organization including the top people in the hierarchy structure.

      Cons

      I really don't see anything minus during my employment.

      They give good benefit & good environment

      Bad management that push worker without understanding the real issue. Keep cutting cost that effect the staff.
