Solid thirty year history. Hard working ownership. Good to very good staff with positive potential.

Always been limited by ownership's unwillingness to change their methods of management. Same problems crop up every year without any real action to change. These are good people who are restricted by their own lack of management skills.

Great coworkers, freedom of creativity and responsibilities. Hands on interaction with contractors & in-house millwork shop.

a little unorganized. Objectives can sometimes be unclear. Computers and resources are out of date.
