You get paid on time when you are working there. Plenty of places to park around the office. Around one nice person works there.
Cons
Lies to get you into the company like how many people work there and your actual shift times. Culture is one of pleasing the other employees and not showing off your actual skills as they feel threatened and then will act on it against you.
