No management ownership, blames staff for companies inefficiencies. Constancy threatened job is unstable due to lack of income. No management structure. When you first start you are told you will make up to 40k in a year, yet you are never paid your commission and there is always an excuse. Unprofessional environment, manager asked personal questions and discusses private issues openly with out consent. Different directions given weekly. Chaotic working environment. Unfair dismissal of staff. Manger discusses staff's personal lives with other staff members which is very uncomfortable.
