Pros
Wonderful people led by a great leadership team. They are a people first company and have some great benefits and regularly do socials to keep the team close (but are totally optional). The work is rewarding and you are rewarded for the impact you make. You are supported and given everything you need to succeed. You work with smart, kind, helpful people on tough but solvable problems. DevOps is good, very little on-call, very open to helping you grow and learn
Cons
If you don't like startup environment / stress / ownership then it probably isn't for you. Other con is the tech stack has some old parts that can be a pain to work with but they are actively removing this tech debt, just takes time. Finally for a startup that us still quite small there is a decent amount of process and things can be a little slower moving than expected Salaries could be a touch higher
