Flexible, mileage reimbursement is fair, more than willing to help when you have questions or concerns. Upper management recognizes employees for their hard work and compassionate care. Perfect job for if you just need some extra cash or want to work in home health!

Not an optimal job if you're looking for a full-time 9-5 job unless you are working in the office. Hours can be sparse at times depending on client needs, but shouldn't be much of an issue once you get steady hours.
