Poor management, lack of leadership, no advancement, terrible pay, hours got cut. Horrible insurance if you're lucky enough to even get it.

Works well with personal life. Good scheduling, great atmosphere to work in. Decent pay.

Cons

No sick days, personal days at department manager level.
