      Frankly, none. You will not even see your salary for months.

      Cons

      Founders are incompetent and horrible people to work with. They will set un-realistic expectations, there is no respect for them or their half cooked product in the market.

      1. Pay cuts and delay in salary payments 2. Not transparent in work related policies (6 day working week was a surprise after joining) 3. Worst work life balance. Work spills over even to sundays 4. Zero prioritization and absence of company strategy 5. Micromanagement at its peaks
