Pros
The company is mostly remote
Cons
This used to be an amazing company to work for. The owners were so gracious and everyone really worked together as a team and enjoyed what they did. The owners sold the company to investors, and the CEO is running it into the ground. He has turned it into a stuffy, corporate style company where you are literally just a number. They redesigned the company structure and the people they chose as supervisors are terrible. They’re under qualified and always stressed out because the CEO constantly pesters them to fix his shortcomings. Rather than shield you and have your best interest, the supervisors (team leads) push they or stress onto you. It’s obvious the CEO has no medical background and no RCM background. He is simply a numbers guy that doesn’t understand the steps it takes to get to his expected numbers. RCM is not cut and dry and it can be very messy and challenging at times. Team leads do not appreciate your hard work and dedication. They also do not value your experience in the industry. They care more about “work orders” being completed fast, rather than accurate. It’s only a matter of time before the CEO and management run this company into the ground. I would not recommend this company to anyone that values their sanity.
