Pros
A lot of freedom to do and learn. Employees and managers from CEO and other execs to line managers were approachable. Overall, it was good as a transitory role.
Cons
The supposedly illegal things that were happening caught up with the company. I felt there are things that don't add up but only after the music stopped realized they were allegedly purely illegal.
