Most peopel are valuable due to Pegs overall inexperience.
Cons
These contracts are exclusively awarded to "women owned companies", which in itself means that they are not necessarily the best group of people to do the job. The owner replaces lack of ability with abusiveness. Nepotism runs rapid throughout the organization, and the overall experience has been horrible.
